Founded in 2015, Bay Avenue Dental Centre boasts a team of specialists with a remarkable combined experience of over 25 years. Despite its relatively recent establishment, the company faced various hurdles in its pursuit of success. The top challenges included enhancing organic engagement, satisfying consumer demands, and accurately identifying its target audience. Another key challenge was creating engaging content that could attract new followers and drive lead generation.
02. OBJECTIVES
- Building Awareness: Establishing the center as a trusted and reputable provider of dental services in Dubai.
- Improving Engagement: Encouraging two-way communication and interaction with current and potential patients to build a strong and loyal following.
- Educating Patients: Sharing informative content about oral health, dental procedures, and the services offered by the center to educate and engage with patients.
03. The Solution
The first task at hand was to increase the reach of the profile. In order to do that, the posts had to be more engaging, and as a dental company, the posts also had to be more educational. This aided in
the organic growth of our followers, but it took some time to scale up the followers, as is typical for almost all social media platforms. But where we stand out in this is that Bay Avenue Dental’s Instagram followers have increased by almost 50%.
